Rules for Mattresses:
We offer a 100-day full refund policy for you, if you are not satisfied with the product, you could return it for free to get your money back within 100 days of acceptance of the product(s). If you would like to return any of the product(s), please contact our Customer Support they would gladly assist you to help smoothen the exchange/return proccess.
All of our SweetNight mattresses come with 10-years warranty.
Rules for Bedding & Bed Frames:
We offer a 30-day trial period for you, which means you can return it and get a full refund within 30 days (From the date you receive it).
SweetNight topper supports 5-years warranty and 3-years warranty are offered with any of SweetNight's pillows.
Rules for Eye-Tech Mask:
We offer a 30-day trial period for you, which means you can return it and get a full refund within 30 days (From the date you receive it).
We also offer a free 1-year warranty!

2. Prepare the proof of purchase and reason of return
After the order and product confirmation, we will arrange express delivery to pick up or notify you to donate the product.
3. Return and take your money back
We’ll process a full refund once we receive them back at our facility. Refunds will be credited back to your account within 1-2 days, depending on the bank and credit card organization.
